Last weekend, I visited this cute and cozy cafe in Penang that was newly opened half year ago.
The new cafe is called Caro-Caro Cafe. My mum saw the posts about this bohemian-styled cafe and invited me to visit together during the weekends.
It turns out that it is one of the most cozy cafes in Penang we’ve ever visited.
Caro-Caro Cafe
The name of the cafe itself exudes a chill vibe. It is located at Kampong Malabar in Georgetown, which is just across the street of Love Lane.
The location is quite strategic, with an hourly car park right beside the cafe, making it very convenient, especially considering the limited roadside parking in that area.
As we entered the cafe, we were immediately drawn to its charming French atmosphere.
The cozy design details in every corner of the cafe reflects the owner’s meticulous attention to the interior.
It was still early when we arrived, so we were able to choose our preferred seats. We ordered two coffees and two breakfast mains.
The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous size of the coffee compared to what we usually find at other coffee shops.
We really LOVE this cafe and would definitely come back again to try out different dishes on their menu!
It is a lovely place for a cozy and relax afternoon. Either you come for their hearty brunch menu or enjoy drinking coffee while reading.
